Pinnacle Apartments - The Big Picture

If you're a fan for living in the centre of the City where the action can be found, then you'll be a fan for the Pinnacle apartments.

You can truly enjoy the benefits that urban living has to offer, without losing sight of the big picture.

If you have grown kids who are attending University or AUT they can walk to their campus.

There's the theatres and nightlife close by and No. 5 Restaurant  is also within walking distanceSitting between large concrete and glass neighbours, this quaint red-brick building, with its white picket fence and suburban shrubbery almost looks out of place. Browse some of the establishment's recents reviews and you'll read quotes such as:

"Number 5 has always been a go to restaurant for me... I'm particularly fond of their baked french onion soup-" and

"the elegance of the second floor dining room... I highly recommend this unique dining spot..."

Let's not overlook the excellent motorway access from the Pinnacle apartments and with your car parked down below in its secure car park, you'll have the rest of Auckland available to you in moments.

Pinnacle apartments are set in amongst the trees in a calm green space. Each apartment will surprise you with its varied views - from a city and harbour vista to the tranquil green of the surrounding mature trees.

Come and see for yourself this coming ANZAC weekend why the Pinnacle apartments are the best deal in town.

The show space closed on Saturday for ANZAC day, but open:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 1-2pm and Thursday 4-5pm.

Brand new look for the Pinnacle

We're really excited to share these brand new images of the Pinnacle.
Inspired by German architects, Sauerbruch Hutton the design team at Paul Brown have taken the opportunity to introduce colour to the building to make it stand out. We think they've achieved their objective.

The bulk of the colour has been added to the stair core, and we can't wait to see the vibrant glow from the building at night.

Even the security gates have taken on the fabulous radiant colours of the building. There's no reason to worry about security at the Pinnacle.

Floor to ceiling windows in all of the rooms mean that the stunning views over Auckland are interrupted as little as possible.

You're so close to the action of the central city, but remain secluded in a beautiful green space with unique aspects from all apartments.

Don't take our word for it - come and visit our show space and take a look for yourself.

Leave the car at home

You'd have to be living under a rock if you hadn't noticed the increasing difficulty in getting around Auckland by car.

One of the real advantages of living at the Pinnacle Apartments is the fact that you can leave the car at home, in the carpark and take to getting around inner Auckland on foot.

No more grim-faced getting into the car of a morning and having to make your way through the rush hour traffic to get to work. Simply have a leisurely breakfast in your apartment, or perhaps at a local cafe, and then wander on down to the office.

You'll be arriving for a day's work, fresh, stress-free and ready to meet whatever the work day has to throw at you.

No more need to get in the Auckland traffic before 7am to beat the rush. No more worries about whether or not there's going to be some kind of 'incident' on the motorway that's going to add a further 40-50 minutes to your commute. Just pop on your walking shoes, take a healthy meander down the street and you're there.

Not only are you saving valuable dollars on fuel, but you're upping your daily exercise and keeping your stress levels to a minimum. It's a win-win.

Don't take our word for it, pop on over to the show space and see why an apartment at Pinnacle Apartments is right for you.
